Lovely furnished double room in peaceful location.

Hello!
I have a good sized double room which has recently been painted and new carpet fitted. There is a seating area in the room and a tv aerial has been fitted. There is also a sofa and tv in the kitchen. My home has a warm welcome feel and is clean and tidy. I currently have a male lodger who has his own lounge and bathroom. He is very friendly but likes to keep to his own space as he works nights and sleeps during part of the day. The main bathroom would be shared with me. I live in a peaceful and friendly cul-de-sac in Bearwood: very short walking distance to amenities and bus routes. I am ideally looking for someone who respects everyone’s personal space as we would with yours but also enjoys having a chat with a cuppa or glass of wine from time to time. Life is busy and more often than not I am out and about being a social butterfly! I am known for my caring nature and positive attitude. I work part time as an Emotional Health Worker in a local junior school. Please come and visit me to fully appreciate my home.
