We’re two relaxed, professional housemates (one male, one female) in our mid-40s looking for a friendly and considerate person to join our home.
The furnished room includes a small double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a single wardrobe. You’ll share a bathroom with one other housemate, plus there’s a separate downstairs WC for convenience. (My housemate has his own en-suite bathroom)
The house has plenty of shared space, including a well-equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room, conservatory, utility room (with washing machine and tumble dryer) and a garden, ideal for relaxing or working from home.
On-street parking is available directly outside on a quite safe road, and there’s a bus stop just around the corner with good local links.
All bills are included (food not included). A cleaner comes in weekly to keep the shared areas tidy.
We also have three friendly cats, so you’ll need to be happy living with pets 🐾
