The Annex

The Annex is situated on the edge of the small village of Berwick St John . It is the perfect place for anyone who enjoys life in the countryside . There are beautiful places to walk or run or roam right on your doorstep. It is also well located for anyone needing to commute to work in Salisbury , Shaftesbury , Gillingham or Blandford . Tisbury railway station is 12 minutes drive away .
The Annex is made up of a bed room with an en-suite bathroom , a kitchen , an entrance lobby/utility room and a living room with a wood burner .. Although the Annex is attached to the property in which I live with my two children and various animals , it is a fully self contained apartment with its own entrance and out door patio space and parking . .I am looking to find a single professional to rent the Annex but would also consider a young professional couple wanting to share a first home together . I would be happy to consider a tenant with a dog . The EPC rating is D . The council tax band is A .The bills and council tax are not included in the price of the rent .
