Annexe

The Annexe is a self contained flat that forms part of the property in which I live with my two children . The Annexe shares with my house the same drive way and some other communal out door areas .. Due to the general proximity of the Annex to my home , my preference would be for a female tenant . I am willing to consider a dog , but this would depend upon whether the dog would be accompanying its owner to work .. The EPC rating is D . The council tax band is A . The Annexe would be ideal for anyone with a full time job and a love of the country side . You can walk directly out of the Annexe up into the hills without ever having to even cross a road . .
