Large double room to let

Hi, my name is Tony. I have a very nice large double room to let in my three bedroom detached house in Blanford Forum., very handy for local shops etc. I decorated this room just over two and a half years ago and furnished with all solid wood furniture. The photographs are old but I have since added four more shelves in the alcoves to allow for more storage. The main bathroom which is directly next to this room will be shared with only one other tenant as I have an en-suit. You will also have shared use of the lounge and kitchen which has a washing machine and tumble dryer. You will also have use of a small walled garden.
I am looking for a clean, tidy and considerate person for this room. You must be in full-time, day-time PAYE employment.. No night workers or self-employed.
