Double room top floor flat - whole flat agreement

Looking to gauge interest in a lodger or couple for the master double bedroom in a light top floor flat.

I'm a 32 year old professional, who will be travelling approx. 2-3 weeks a month for work from March to November this year.

Rather than rent the small box room, I'm looking to move myself into the spare room of the flat and rent out the main bedroom/flat to a trustworthy lodger or couple while I am mostly away this year.

The flat is fully furnished with a king-sized bed in the main bedroom. It has high ceilings and feels spacious, nice views over the countryside from the living area. Broadband, TV, Netflix all available. One bathroom with shower over bath, small kitchen and open plan living area.

Parking on the quiet road outside with part time use of the flat's allocated parking space.

When I am around, you would be sharing with me but have the place to yourself at least 50% of the time.

All bills included - £680/pcm for an individual, £800/pcm for a couple.
