The flat has a separate entrance from the landlords part of the house .
You would be sharing with one other person ( female ) .
There is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine .

The house is within walking distance of the centre of town and there are convenience shops within a two minute walk .

On street parking available outside the front of the house .
