Double room in new build house, allocated parking

Double room for single person to rent in a new build house by the River Stour. Situated in a quiet location.

I have an en-suite so only use the main bathroom on occasions. The main bathroom is next to the available room.

I work from home in one of the spare rooms. I am a friendly person who gets on with all, it’s a peaceful house, so not into loud music, party people.

The house is bright and modern, Its close to a large Tesco and Petrol station.
