ROOM PRICES QUOTED are INCLUSIVE of the use of Washing Machine, Wifi Broadband with a 60 Mbit cable. Water, Gas, electricity, water and Council Tax. Use of garage for storing bicycle or surfboard.

All our rooms are ENSUITE with shower, washbasin and WC, Fridge. A modern fire alarm system is fitted with fireproof self-closing doors with smoke seals to each room. Fire extinguishers are fitted for use on each floor. You also have use of kitchen with equipment, dining room, Large TV Lounge. An outdoor Patio with tables and chairs and a Garden is also available for your use.

Limited parking is available (only for double rooms) at £25 per month additional to the above prices. This lovely property is in a quiet tree-lined road.

THE ROOM PRICE quoted is from December 31, 2016 for single occupancy and is per calendar month.

Add £90 per calendar month for double occupancy of Double size Rooms for additional water, gas and electricity that will be used.

For bookings of less than 1 month from June to September the cost is £170 per week single rooms and £240 per week for double rooms.
