I have a large house in Boscombe Manor 400 yards from the sea. At the top of the house there is a lovely spacious self contained flat consisting of a large bedroom and lounge, a bathroom and small kitchen.
It is completely private but you do have to go through my house to get there, so I need some quiet but not completely anti-social people, otherwise it won't work!
I have just put the house on the market and so am unable to commit to a long term let, but this could be idea for someone new to the area or someone looking for a longer term holiday let.
£900 pcm, bills & broadband included, although there will an additional charge for daytime heating.
