There are laundry facilities on the 1st floor, where there are 3 single, quiet rooms.
The house is on a quiet road close to shops and transport links. To the rear of the property is a paved garden where bikes can be secured.

All gas, most electricity, council tax, water, sewerage, TV licence and wifi included.

There are a total of 8 rooms over 3 floors.
