I do not have photos of the actual room, but it is the same size of photo, a bay window. Share kitchen, shower room/toilet, plus separate toilet with two males. Must be clean/clear up after cooking, no parties, quiet household.
There is a also a washing machine in the laudry.

The house is on a quiet road close to shops and transport links. To the rear of the property is a paved garden where bikes can be secured.

All gas, most electricity, council tax, water, sewerage, TV licence and wifi included. There is an electric meter which over the last few years has needed approx £4 per week.

There are a total of 6 rooms in the house 3 on 1st floor and 3 on 2nd floor. Each floor has own kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Most importantly, we have a very harmonious house and it is very quiet, NOT a party house. .The tenants are very respectful of the communal area. Please email for more information or to arrange a viewing.
