We have one, recently decorated room available on the 2nd floor with new carpet and freshly painted. for one person. This photo is not of the room. The actual room is larger with a bay window but no sink. The 2nd floor contains a communal bathroom (containing shower, basin and toilet) for use with 2 other respectful rooms. There is a kitchen on each level of the house.
There are laundry facilities on the 1st floor. The house is on a quiet road close to shops and transport links. To the rear of the property is a paved garden where bikes can be secured.

All gas, electricity, council tax, water, sewerage, TV licence and wifi included.

There are a total of 8 rooms over 3 floors.
