Hello, for rent is a single room on the ground floor of a quaint coastal cottage located overlooking Boscombe beach. The room is available to lodgers, with the owner occupying the upper floor. In particular overseas students are welcome for short term lets.

The cottage is just moments from the beach itself and only a few minutes walk from the town centre. As you can see from the photos the property is light and spacious with a fully equiped shared kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine etc, a good sized bathroom with electric shower, plus generous communal areas including a large living room (with TV), study / office and dining room / conservatory with sea views.

Both bedrooms come fully furnished and have plenty of storage, and their doors are lockable for added security.

The cost per week of the room is £125 which includes all utilities (electricity and water) and council tax. A minimum deposit of £250 will be necessary for short term stays (under 2 months), but this deposit will be increased for longer term lodgers.
