2 spacious double rooms to rent, close to both Bournemouth and Boscombe beaches, 10 min walk to town centre and short walk to asda and the train station!

Two good sized, fully furnished rooms to rent. There is a shared lounge and kitchen area with a communal dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is lots of off road parking close by. The bulling also has a back communal garden area and a garage to store small items such as a bike.

All bills are included in the rent.

We are looking for sociable, respectful flat mates who is clean and tidy and willing to chip in with household chores. Current flatmates are two females (a couple) looking for an easy going flat mate of a similar age range. Ideally a professional.
