Double room close to the beach

I have a double room in my flat to rent, available 1st November as my current lodger is sadly moving out.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. You will pretty much have your own bathroom - I have an en-suite and very occasionally use the bath. The flat is only a couple of years old and still feels new and fresh.

It’s only a short walk to the beach (~10 mins) and there are lots of lovely cafes/restaurants in Boscombe and Southbourne within walking distance. There are good train and bus links, on road parking and a bike shed.

I’m currently working part of the week at home. I love a good Netflix series, gin/wine, walks on the beach and eating out. I would like to live with someone who enjoys a chat and will consider my lovely flat their home too ☺️ I’m clean and tidy and would like to live with someone who is similar.
