A double room in a 2 bed flat is available for a young professional.

The flat is fully furnished and always kept in a clean condition.

I work Mon - Fri in Plymouth (sometimes abroad for prolonged periods), so you’ll have the flat to yourself most of the time. I want someone who is respectful and tidy.

Your room has ample storage space, a large folding window, black-out blind, a set of draws, cupboard, dimmer light, and lamp.

The bathroom has a strong shower, large folding window, toilet, sink, and extractor fan.

The living room has all the kitchen amenities you’d expect, 55 inch TV, and large twin windows.

You’ll have WiFi, access to Netflix, Prime, a nice garden, and plenty of camping stores.

The flat is a 10 min walk from the beach, 15 min to Bournemouth city centre, 100 meters to the nearest bus station, and close to the main train and coach station.

The road is quiet and has on-street parking.

The neighbours are polite and respectful.

I’m currently abroad, so my existing lodger/family will have to host any viewings and paperwork.
