This is my family home and now my own children have flown the nest I have 3 young students studying at the nearby AECC renting rooms on the 1st floor. The 4th double room is the smallest but still a good size.

All tenants have use of the shared facilities on that floor, toilet & bathroom and also a small amenity area with kettle, fridge, microwave & toaster.

Welcome to use my kitchen downstairs and the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and som extra storage space.
Also the back garden and patio area when the weather is good.

Good internet connection with high speed broadband.

All bills are inclusive of rent.

We are a quiet but friendly group of people and I am more interested in renting to a similar minded tenant. Hence I will be interviewing people, make a list and after a week will decide who I think best fits. It’s not a 1st come 1st rent.
