Lovely bright apartment in smart building, minutes from the beach. Quiet road & building. I have lived here since purchasing the apartment in 2017 and have loved every minute of it.

The apartment has a nice feel. In fact, the entire building has lots of homeowners who live in the flats, which is rare.

My current lodger & I have lived in perfect harmony for over a year, but she is moving into a place in town. I think she will agree I am easy to live with (you can ask her if you like).

I am out and about quite a lot and seek someone similar. That said, when I am home, I am quiet and just read or meditate or cook.

The apartment is tidy and clean, and I seek someone who shares those traits. It's homely, though and I am seeking a lovely person to come and share my space with me.

It's a dog-friendly apartment complex too, so you will see lots of friendly pets being walked by their owners.

I like sharing my space, but I am keen to find someone who is happy in their own company too. However, my current lodger and I will have chats and then both go our separate ways.

I like to communicate clearly - for instance, if I am away for the weekend, I will let my lodger know so they have the place to themselves.

I socialise a lot & health is my priority.

I do HITT classes online every morning before work or use the on-site pool/gym.

You will have your own double room with a very large wardrobe, your own bathroom/shower/your own cupboard for food and free rein use of the fridge. You can use the gym/pool/sauna freely, and parking is free outside the property. Easy access to the train station and Wessex Way. Takes 15 minutes to Poole (Parkstone) and about the same to Christchurch. Of course, the most wonderful thing is the beach, which is just a 6-minute walk. I often walk through the gardens and then head to the beach, walking towards Southbourne or hopping on my bike. There is also a bike store here for added security. The room is a nice size, and both of my lodgers worked from their bedrooms with a desk installed. It worked well. Updated photos to follow once my lodger moves out so you can see the full scope of the room.

We are managed by Arquero Property Management, who live in New Milton - they are a good, responsive company.

Shared use of the living room, I am pretty chilled about this, so whoever is around and wants to watch something. It's about give and take and courtesy. And if we need to find space for some of your things, I am happy to accommodate as I am able. There is a utility room (small), but my current lodger has shoes in there and some other bits.
