Hello!
I have an unexpectedly available bright fully furnished double room available in Boscombe/springbourne - the whole house was renovated last year so all freshly painted with new carpets! There is also a really good sized communal area and a small garden :)
I am looking for a final tenant to live with us - we are 3 females (2 professionals and I am a mature student also working) we are all very friendly and welcoming and respectful of each other and the house so looking for a final female similar ☺️ there is also a part time sausage dog! The bathroom will only be shared with 2 others as I have an en-suite.
There is on road parking available (the road can get busy parking wise but I’ve not had an issue finding a spot and very worst case scenario you can park the road parallel).
All bills included except council tax.
A bit about me! Im a mature occupational therapy student, so I will be studying from home at times but also work as a HCA at RBH :) I love the outdoors and sea swimming, getting coffee at any opportunity and occasionally enjoy painting and sketching.
Im looking for a friendly, clean female who is after a quiet but welcoming home ☺️
