I am a (soon to be) 30 year old male, financial services professional, based in Bournemouth. The property I am renting is currently unfurnished, and I am on a slow progress to provide furnishings.
This is clearly ideal for those with their own stuff, but if not, we'd either sort the property out separately, or together (within reason).
The property boasts a pool, sauna, and gym.
It has two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and a spacious living room. There is an integrated fridge, freezer, and oven, but no washing machine at present (currently looking to buy one!)
There is one off-road, secure, parking spot, with on-road parking immediately available, adjacent the property.
The rent alone is £650, and does not currently include any bills. I will be setting up bills if, and when, another tenant joins me in the property, otherwise, I am not affected by high bills, so could not tell you what to expect as they would be different with two people living there. However, if you're considering this, I think it would cost around £800 per person per month in total.
The property is on the ground floor in one of 3 block complex's, with patio doors leading to a garden, bike sheds, and purpose-build 3 BBQ units for use.
I currently have the property for 6 months, with a view to re-sign after. You would enter the same agreement with me with the Landlord, and review the tenancy at the same time.
I have the option to work from home, but as the office is a short distance away, I will likely be away Monday-Friday 8am - 5:30pm.
