2 bedroom flat in the Honeycombe Beach apartment complex. Looking for a likeminded full-time working professional. My personal circumstances have changed and need a little help with my rent for a couple of months while I start a new job.

PERKS:
- Direct access to Boscombe Beach (Honeycombe Beach) from underground car park but no sea views from my apartment balcony sadly.
- I have an en-suite bathroom and there is another larger bathroom you can use to yourself.
- Big lounge with 55” tv with huge corner sofa and south facing balcony for plenty of sunbathing if you don’t like the sandy beach!
- Bills, Council Tax and WiFi ARE INCLUDED, I will continue paying this myself to save complexity.

There is NO parking available underground in the car park BUT there are free spaces up the hill on Michelgrove Road (2min walk).

Underground garage available for bike or paddleboard 🚲

About me: My name is Ben, 25 years old, originally from Devon in the westcountry, working in recruitment, lived and worked in 4 different countries, absolutely love CrossFit and usually there every weekday before or after work.

The furniture is all mine but I do not have a spare bed for a flatmate as yet. Would be happy to pay 50/50 for a new bed and then pay you back your 50% contribution when leaving.
