Looking to rent my apartment

Hello

I live with my husband and would like to rent out my flat but keep my room locked with a few of my things. So will be an entire apartment as I won’t be staying there

It will be semi furnished as my mum is purchasing some of my furniture when she moves into her property in January eg the sofa and coffee table however there’s beds wadrobes and drawers that will be left and a dining table and chairs.

There’s a garage and parking on the road so enough space for 1 car in the garage and there’s free parking on the roads.

I am happy to continue to pay 1/2 the council tax and the water. The tenant will just be expected to pay the electricity I currently pay £25 per month so anything over and the WiFi

Ideal for someone working at JP Morgan or someone training at the chiropractor college etc
