Looking for to rent 2 rooms to 2 girls

I’m looking for 2 girls to rent out 2 rooms in my flat

I live with my husband and would like 2 trustworthy girls who are clean and tidy to live in the flat.

It will be semi furnished as my mum is purchasing some of my furniture when she moves into her property in January eg the sofa and coffee table however there’s beds wadrobes and drawers that will be left and a dining table and chairs.

I look forward to hearing from you, happy for suggestions if you’re interested and have a friend who you’d like to live with or we could talk and choose someone together as a team as it has to be suitable for all.

There’s a garage and parking on the road so enough space for 1 car in the garage and there’s free parking on the roads.

If both car owners could arrange something fair eg take in turns to have the garage but the road parking never seems to be a problem and there is visitor spots for guests

Ideal for someone working at JP Morgan or someone training at the chiropractor college etc
