Creative apartment by the sea

Hello there!

We've a Spare Room available in our creative appartment in Boscombe. Overlooking the pier we are facing the sea and off a quiet road by the gardens of the Chine. Less than a 2minute walk away :)
The rooms are furnished large doubles with ample storage and double integrated wardrobes.

The vibe of the flat is creative with the living room being more of a home studio and sanctuary for wellness.

We are 2 artists here working locally and enjoy all creative and outdoor activities.

The flat has just had new windows and heating.

All bills are included except electric (metered).

Off road parking available with discussion.

No guests without prior permission, The room is for single occupancy.

Smoking outside only.

Available from now

Household tasks are shared (hoovering, cleaning bathroom, putting out bins etc).

References likely requested.

Short lets, and Monday to Friday lets also considered.

It is a peaceful sanctuary in many ways encouraging a relaxed and creative space to be in.

The ideal flat mates will be ones open to authentically expressing themselves whilst also being respectful of others and quiet time when required.

This is not a party place. More of a space for creative flow and openess.

Looking for vibrant souls that are clean and respectful and can add to the space and it's surroundings.
