This is a double room in Springbourne next to a music rehearsal studio.
*15 Min Walk from Beach and Bars/Restaurants
*10 Min Walk to Boscombe high street and big Asda in Lansdowne
*5 Min Walk to nearest Tesco/Lidl and Bus stop.
It includes:

+ Washing/Dryer Machines
+ Space in Fridge/Freezer/Cupboard
+ Well equipped Kitchen

The house is currently shared by 3 males and 1 female all between 30-50 yrs of age.
Every one is fairly sociable, we have a cleaner that comes once per week to keep on top of things.
There is a dog currently living here, therefore more dogs will not be considered.
Please note this room's window faces the drive for a rehearsal studio which means musicians will be playing close by, however the music is not intrusive even with the windows open... in over 3 years of the studio being there no lodgers have had issues with the live music and many enjoy it. (depends on who is playing) but if you enjoy live music or want to get into it then this is the best room for you.
