Two bright, furnished double bedrooms available in a clean, well-maintained 3-bedroom house with a lovely garden and off-street parking.

Live-in female landlord looking for tidy, respectful lodgers — single occupancy only (no couples, sorry).

Open to mature students or working professionals.

The two lodgers will share a spacious main bathroom, with full use of the comfortable lounge and modern fitted kitchen. For clarity, I will update the advert as rooms are taken, including whether the remaining room would be shared with a male or female.

The house is kept calm and tidy, and I’m looking for lodgers who are happy to maintain the same relaxed, respectful atmosphere.
