Huge Double Room to rent with on road parking in Southbourne, just a 3 minute walk to the beach.

I work away, meaning you will have the entire apartment to yourself for more than half the year!

We have a huge bathroom with full sized bath, walk in shower, heated towel rail, heated floors and double sinks (meaning you have your own). Your room is next to the bathroom and features a double bed, double draws, rail etc. There is a desk you can have if you wish and still plenty of space to add your own things.

The apartment is very spacious with a massive kitchen including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, double oven, hob, fridge/freezer and all the usual amenities. It’s always warm in here and clean. If you have some Christmas decorations etc you don’t want your room there is space for 2 boxes in my attic.

My job is very demanding so when I’m home I typically sleep for 2-3 days and then go out with friends the rest of the time. Ideally looking for a professional non-smoker to rent the room, no pets or children. Benefits etc all ok - don’t really care where the rent comes from as long as it’s paid on time. Bonus points if you’re tidy and fancy a chat over a glass of wine now and then!
