Lovely little room accompanied with inbuilt wardrobe/storage. Three bedroom flat with the forth bedroom being the living room. There is one parking space available with parking permit. The flat is 5 minute walk from the beach.

I am moving out due to getting married. My two current house mates are very easy going guys who both work and enjoy the outdoors.

In regards to the room, I would be willing to leave the single bed that has storage space underneath however I would recommend a mattress replacement (if not needed I can dispose of bed). There is also a chest of drawers which can be left if needed.

Rent is £391.67 per month including water bill. There is no gas in the building (electricity only). Contract will be getting updated on the 20th May which is a £50 increase split between all tenants. Council tax band C.
