Double room to rent in beautiful flat by the beach

This room is a spacious double room with a private bath room. It has plenty of storage and is part of a lovely shared flat next to Boscombe Pier. There is a shared living room/ kitchen with a sea view and plenty of light and an outside area with sunbathing opportunities.
I am the other tenant, I work in the arts and enjoy outdoor activities such as sea swimming and everything else the Dorset countryside has to offer. I am looking for a new housemate who holds similar values such as respectful communal living, cleanliness and communication.
I am studying a part-time masters in London so I am away during the week. I am looking for someone I can trust to look after the flat while I'm away and water the plants .
