Double room to rent in beautiful flat by the beach

This room is a spacious double room with plenty of storage in a lovely shared flat next to Boscombe Pier. There is a shared living room/ kitchen with a sea view and plenty of light and an outside area with sea views and sunbathing opportunities.
I am the other tenant, I work in the arts and enjoy outdoor activities such as sea swimming and everything else the Dorset countryside has to offer. I am looking for a new housemate who holds similar values such as respectful communal living, cleanliness and communication.
