We would like to rent out a small single room for a short term stay until the end of March. The room is used by my wife as her music studio, but it can also serve as a guest room when needed.
Due to family reasons, my wife had to travel back home and will not be able to return until the end of March.
The room is part of a ground floor flat, which has 3 rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. There are 2 toilets, a shower and a bathtub. As it is a ground floor flat , it also comes with a patio garden.
Currently, there are two of us living in the flat. I am a tenant and we have a lodger. We both work full time. The price for the room is £110/week and this includes utility bills. I ask one week deposit.
