It is comprised of multiple self-contained studio flats over 3 floors with pleasant, professional and carefully-vetted tenants. It is kept clean, very safe, secure, well-maintained & closely monitored with CCTV.
The ground floor courtyard entrance, (with a utility room for coin-metered washing & dryer machine facilities) is exclusively accessible to the key-holding tenants of the building only.
This vacancy is offered to a non-smoking professional (possibly, a couple, although it is very small). Ideally, relaxed, tidy and considerate of others, with a confirmed job and references (work & landlord). Full searches & vetting done by agency.
