Room available in ground floor flat by the sea

A double room in a spacious and bright 2 bedroom ground floor flat, minutes from the sea and very close to shops.
I own the flat and live there also. I am pretty chilled and like to keep a tidy+clean home. I work full time and have lots of hobbies and social life also :)
The room will be furnished- see photos for bed and small tables which will remain in room. I will also provide a clothes rail and drawers and there is lots of wardrobe space in the hallway which will be available too.
There is no off-road parking but lots of free parking roads around or a carpark across the road.
There is a communal garden area which is well maintained and garden furniture. Also a private locked shed storage for bikes.
