Own personal room, 4m X 4m in the ground floor apartment. Own private entrance, with 90% exclusive use of modern kitchen, living room, bathroom, washing machine, TV, central heating and secluded South facing garden. For 35 days per year, you will share the facilities with the owners visiting family who have their own separate room.
The owners, married music teachers, live on the floors above, and use a music studio to teach violin and piano. They have their own independant facilities and entrance.
