Very large, high quality furnished room with ensuite (bath), superking bed and lots of light on the ground floor of a lovely Victorian house. We are three minutes walk from Boscombe beach, five minutes walk to Boscombe town centre shops and have off-street parking. Southbourne is walkable, as is Bournemouth pier, Pokesdown rail station, and just over a mile from Bournemouth station. Shared kitchen and dining hall, communal gardens plus a private courtyard off the kitchen.

We are an active couple, both still working, who enjoy good company and peace and quiet in equal measure! Our elderly cat keeps very much to herself but it would be great if you are an animal lover. Our previous lodgers were a lovely French couple in their 20s who stayed with us for 21 months. Couples are therefore welcome, although the monthly rent would be an extra £100 at £950 per month.
