A bright single room is available for short or long term rent in a recently refurbished, well looked after home.
The house has a live in landlord and one existing lodger. The room is fully furnished and all bills are included.
Rent is £600 per month for long term stays, or £150 per week for short term lets of under six weeks.
Ideally suited to a female lodger. Applicants must be comfortable living with cats and dogs.
The location is excellent. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the high street, and around 10 minutes to the train station.
Shared living areas are included. As the room is a single, overnight guests are unfortunately not permitted.
One parking space is available.
