I’m looking for a professional female lodger to rent a good sized single room in my home.

The flat is ideally located close to shops and cafes in Boscombe High St. and is a 7 minute walk to the beach.

This is a quiet, respectful household, ideal for someone who values a calm living environment and treats a shared space with care.

About the room

• Furnished - I will be purchasing a 3’6” bed for the room (flexible if you have your own furniture)

I’m a professional female, polite and considerate, and I’m looking for someone similar — friendly but independent, and respectful of privacy and shared spaces.

I work from home currently two days per week and work away 2 nights per week.
