Gay Houseshare for Students

Hello, my name is Steve and I'm the owner of this gay house share in Boscombe. There are three bedrooms in this house, each with two bunkbeds, so you might want to share with some of your friends. I am charging £550 per person per calendar month including bills and Wi-Fi. There's Freeview TV available in each bedroom. There's a Smart TV, a PC, a DVD player, a hairdryer and fan in each bedroom. There's a large patio with a BBQ which has got seating for 24 guests. If you're a smoker, you can smoke outside on the patio. There's a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher upstairs and also downstairs. There's a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. There's a breakfast room with two fridge freezers upstairs and a fully equipped kitchen downstairs. I'm looking for gay students who are studying in Bournemouth. I'm very easy going and friendly and I like to cook. You'll get a tenancy agreement which we will both sign, which is renewable every six months. This will include the amount of rent to be paid each month and it will also show the deposit you have paid.
