Bright and comfortable double room available for a short-term Monday–Friday let in a clean and relaxed home in Springbourne.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, storage unit and shelves, with plenty of natural light and a nice view overlooking the garden.

The house has a shared kitchen, bathroom and living space, all kept in good condition. There’s also a garden with side access, so you can store a bike if needed.

Located just off Holdenhurst Road, it’s a 15-minute walk to Bournemouth station with good bus links nearby, and free on-road parking. Kings Park and Queens Park are 5–10 minutes away, and Boscombe Beach is about a 25-minute walk.

You’ll mainly be sharing with my easygoing male partner (live-in landlord) during the week. I also live here but I'm working away during the week for a few months. I will be mainly back from Thursday evenings. We’re a friendly, tidy household and like to keep things fairly relaxed.
We enjoy cooking, reading, gardening (we’ve got veg growing in the garden), listening to music, and getting outdoors — cycling, sea swimming, running and camping.
Ideally looking for someone who just needs a place Monday to Friday and wants a calm, easygoing home during the week.
Rent is £450 per month, including bills.

Whilst we would prefer a Monday - Friday agreement, we would be happy to discuss alternative options if needed.
