Hello 👋 My current tennant is fleeing the nest to pastures new so I am looking for a new friendly soul to take up my SpareRoom in my beautiful 2 bedroom spacious flat in the Whitewater Block ,Sea Rd , Boscombe
The bedroom is furnished with an incredibly comfortable double divan (with 4 drawers) 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The main bathroom to the flat is next to this bedroom which you will have main use of(except when I occasionally use the bath(as my en suit just has a shower).
On Rd parking is mostly available outside or within a few minutes walk but unfortunately there is no allocated space available.(This is standard around here as all 2 bed flats just come with one parking space). There is a garage compound with communal bike storage.
You will find me very friendly, relaxed, tidy and considerate to live with so I would just ask the same of you.
