Room/Flatlet for rent - Charminster, Bournemouth

We live in a modern town house in Charminster and have a double room for rent which comes with its own bathroom and lounge.

The double bedroom is situated on the ground floor and is ensuite. Also included in the rental is your own lounge on the ground floor with double doors leading onto the back garden.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers, double wardrobe.

The en suite bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower.

As the house has 2 lounges you will have sole use of one of them.

Also on the ground floor is a utility room containing the washing machine, ironing board, iron etc. We have provided a microwave, kettle and fridge for your use here too.

The kitchen is shared and comes equipped with American fridge freezer, double oven, toaster, kettle, microwave etc.

We have wireless broadband internet with no download limits.

The room is £625 per month for single person or £700 per month for a couple. This includes all bills.
