The room is free from the second week of February 2025.
I am looking for a FEMALE lodger or a non-macho male would be considered.
This is a proper double room on the first floor at the back of the house overlooking the garden. There is a single bed, good mattress and dressing table/desk. You would be sharing a large bathroom with one other person.
There is no shared living area as part of this arrangement other than the kitchen with diner. The kitchen is clean and modern with all appliances. The house has a calm atmosphere to retreat after a busy day. This house is very clean, there is no damp and it is maintained which is one of the benefits of having a live in landlady (who isn't a scruff!). It is completely drama free so if you enjoy chaos it is not for you!
There is storage space in the attic and a bike can be kept in the rear of the building where it is completely secure.
All bills included. Located 2 minutes walk from the bus station, 5 minutes from Boscombe sea front and 10 minutes from Pokesdown train station.
It is on a quiet road with free on street parking all along one side; but you will generally have to be on the ball to get parking right opposite.
All bills included, includes council tax and wi-fi.
The ideal: working full time, self aware, has interests outside of drinking/is t-total or in long term recovery, isn't intense, direct communicator.
