Bournemouth Double Room in Peaceful House

Proper double room on the first floor, sharing large bathroom with one other person. All bills included. This house is very clean. Located 2 minutes walk from the bus station, 5 minutes from Boscombe sea front and 10 minutes from Pokesdown train station, in a quiet road. The room looks over the large garden (see photos). There is a single bed, dresser-desk & storage unit with the room but these can be removed if not needed.
There is storage space in the attic and a shed in the back garden. There is a wall mounted fitting for locking a bike to at the front of the house, behind the front garden wall.
This is a quiet road, especially at night and it has free on street parking all along one side.
There is a large bathroom upstairs and modern clean kitchen with all appliances. A good atmosphere to retreat after a busy day. There is no shared living area as part of this arrangement (other than the garden).
There is space on the landing for a desk and chair and this could be used as a hot desk for ad-hoc work from home days.
The (clean) kitchen on the ground floor has a breakfast bar with a door opening into the large garden.
Please note: My dog lives here, on the ground floor so if you are scared of dogs or have pets it's a non-starter! She is extremely friendly but mainly sleeps in my living space.
All bills included, includes council tax and wi-fi.
The ideal: working full time, self aware, has interests outside of drinking/is t-total or in long term recovery, isn't intense, direct communicator.
