There is no shared living area as part of this arrangement (other than the garden). There is a dresser-desk & storage unit with the room but these can be removed if not needed. There is storage space in the attic and. a bike can be kept in the rear of the building where it is completely secure. There is a wall mounted fitting for locking a bike to at the front of the house, behind the front garden wall, as well.
This is a quiet road, especially at night and it has free on street parking all along one side.
There is a large bathroom upstairs and modern clean kitchen with all appliances. A good atmosphere to retreat after a busy day.
There is space on the landing for a desk and chair and this could be used as a hot desk for ad-hoc work from home days.
