Friendly, clean and quiet household still looking for someone to join! Very close to the high street and the beach. Landlord is looking for long term so is you're looking for anything shorter, please do not message. Bills on top are around £150 (council tax, utilities, water, internet, sewage water that's paid every 6 months, and TV licence that's paid once a year). Bills fluctuate depending on usage. The room available is located on the top floor of the maisonette with a shared upstairs bathroom.
Some pictures are slightly outdated so would benefit from viewing. The complex is smoke and pet free. The area is nice and quiet as well, with lovely neighbours. Very close to the bus stop (m1 & m2, U4 etc.) or the town centre.
Working professionals preferred! Viewing and basic interview is done by the lead tenant (myself). Tenancy agreement provided via NRLA company.
