Looking for a female tenant for a large double (converted living room!) available in Wallisdown. Live out landlord.

About the room-
Fully furnished, with a double bed.
Desk, chest of drawers, cabinet and a large full length wardrobe with a mirror.

About the flat-
Rooms are fully furnished. Fridge freezer, gas hob and boiler, bath/shower, small dining area in the kitchen, toaster and microwave.
Plates, cutlery and cooking ware are all provided.

Current flatmates-
2 professionals, one works from home and the other is currently job searching after having graduated from AUB.
Both very artistic, with the work from home professional being a self employed artist, and the other a graduate of Visual Effects.
Both really appreciate their space but are extremely friendly and respectful of peoples space and belongings. They love quirky people and interesting conversation.

Flatmate preferences-
Looking for a laid back and social, yet considerate individual. Someone who has lived away from home, eco conscious and wants to be part of a friendly household.
It is a hygienic household, so taking shoes off at the door and washing hands upon coming in are the two main rules that are being upheld currently.

Will need to provide references of previous tenancies and proof of employment.
