Short-term let up to 6 months (can be negotiable on rent term) I'm away up to 6months in the states and looking for someone to rent my room while I'm away. It's a gorgeous big house in Charminster. All bills inc. Including speedy broadband and Virgin TV. Big double room with furniture, lounge, big kitchen, 2 spare small rooms and loft for storage or office, bike sheds, garden shed, big garden, gas bbq. Rent normally £600 all in but reducing to £500 as short term let and need to know I have someone covering the room while I'm away. 2 lovely house mates. Super chilled and friendly.
