The room has plenty of built in storage and sports a beautiful en-suite including shower, toilet, sink, storage, and heated towel rail.
Facilities: The house has a large kitchen and breakfast room/communal area. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble-dryer.
Cleaning: There is a weekly cleaner who tends to the communal areas (hallways, breakfast room, etc).
Location: 15 minutes walk from train station/Bournemouth interchange. 1 minute walk from main bus route. 20 minutes walk from Bournemouth town centre. 1 minute walk from Charminster high street.
