Single room to rent charminster area

single room in family house, we are both professional workers, must be clean& tidy, wi-fi and flat screen tv/sky with room, room is partly furnished with single bed and some draws and wardrobe. Would suit working professional. Please ask for more info. Smoking is restricted to kitchen area. Food provided but you can buy your own if preferred. please be aware we have quite a few dogs, who are very friendly.
