A well-presented flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, just a 5 minutes walk from Bournemouth train station and 15 min walk from town centre.
We are one of seven flats in a characterful building. There is non-restricted, on-road parking at the front of the property and a nicely-kept communal garden at the rear.

We have on ensuite which we mainly use but there is a second bathroom with a bath and shower head which would mainly be for your use only (except for when we have guests over). This we ask for you to keep clean and tidy alongside your bedroom.

We want someone who is friendly, tidy and respects our home. We are a young, working couple who work mainly Monday to Friday (one of us mainly works from home in the lounge due to lockdown and the other is mainly based elsewhere.
