The room is a double, with a built-in cupboard. There are also three rails in there which you are welcome to use. There is a shared kitchen/living room. Property has WiFi access, washing machine . In the lounge we have a Firestick. Attached to the lounge/kitchen is a large outdoor balcony
Bathroom would be your own as I have an en-suite.
Parking within private car park available. There is also third smaller bedroom which is used as an office.
Rent is £475, bills are £150. The deposit is £525

I work full time and in the evenings it would be nice if we could cook together and watch TV. At the weekends I tend to be out socialising, or watching films on the couch.
