Cosy Springbourne house, near town, beach, shops

We are 2 friendly females (both working and studying) we are English and Polish, and I have a dog and a cat so you must be pet-friendly. The room is a lovely large double with a beautiful fireplace which is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

We are looking for a relaxed, friendly flatmate who is clean and considerate. We like to go to the pub for a drink but we are not party animals and we like to spend time together but we are also keen to have our own space and privacy so we would prefer someone who has the same outlook as us.

Our 3 bedroom house has a shared lounge and kitchen and a lovely new bathroom! And central heating of course. I have also recently put a drive on the front of the house and had my garden done also which is lovely for the summer! WiFi and Virgin Media TV, and all bills, are included in the rent and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates etc and there is a washing machine and microwave, toaster etc available to use.

All bills included, but there is no off-road parking available.
