There's a nice modern bathroom and big kitchen / living room area.

Designated parking space and access to a locked bike shed also.

If you're a movie lover you'll get along great with the other tenant!

This is a really nice flat, perfect for a master's or mature student, or professional.

There will be an agency involved to sort out the tenancy handover etc but I will pay the cost of this.
