Looking for a friendly student/young professional to replace myself and move into a large 4 bedroom flat in the BH1 area.

The flat is kept consistently clean and tidy, newly painted, new carpets and fully furnished! The current flatmates students, studying Nutrition and Nursing, and are very friendly!

Shared living space, kitchen and bathroom.
Bathroom has a separate shower and large bath.
Kitchen comes with cutlery and cooking equipment, large oven with 5 hobs, washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge/freezer. There is also space to put a bike.

The bedroom available comes with a large, comfortable double bed, large chest of draws and large wardrobe. Desk and chair (bought by myself) are likely to stay in the room as I have no use for them. It is very light and bright, even in winter.

There is plenty of parking on the roads outside - no parking restrictions in place. There is also a well-used lift in side of the building.

5 minute walk to the beach, 7 minute walk to Bournemouth Station, 10 minute walk to Boscombe high street, 15/20 minute walk to Bournemouth town centre.

The room is available from 17th May - 16th August.
