We are renting 1 room with its own bathroom.

The room is available from 5th December and is in excellent condition, clean and in a modern new house in a separate area downstairs on the ground floor of the house.

The main bedroom has been redecorated with a new bed and mattress, laminate floor and it is furnished with its own desk, chair, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The house has a patio outside and the location has quick access to bus stops/amenities in Charminster.
