The kitchen has everything, coffee machine and washing machine. You get your own cupboard, fruit bowl and 3/4 size fridge freezer.
3 people, 1 bathroom and one kitchen. You'll have your own bathroom cabinet.

I'm 43. I smoke, but open windows regularly. The other guy is early 50's, Spanish and really easy going.

BAD BITS -

Parking round here is a nightmare and you'll often end up walking 200m back from where you parked.

The garden is shared with 3 other flats and is an unsecure tarmac square, that gets no sun.

A lodger is someone who lives with the owner of the flat. You have less rights than staying in a guesthouse. It's okay though, I'm a nice person.

I have two tiny dogs, they don't make much noise.
